BIO

I am a PhD student in the School of Sport and Human Movement. My passion for understanding human movement came from seeing my grandparents ageing and wanting to better myself in my own sports. As such, my research aims to use targeted memory reactivation during sleep to ehance motor memory consolidation, in hopes of promoting more efficient skill acquisition.
