As the Accessibility Services Team Leader, I lead initiatives that support equitable access and inclusive participation for all learners. My work focuses on developing and enhancing services, systems, and practices that remove barriers to education, foster student success, and promote a culture of accessibility across the institution.

I am committed to promoting Universal Design for Learning (UDL), accessibility, and educational equity, and I work collaboratively with students, staff, and stakeholders to create learning environments that enable all learners to thrive. Drawing on extensive experience in educational technology and capability development, I help shape inclusive policies, advocate for accessible practices, and lead strategic improvements that strengthen support for diverse learner needs.

I enjoy leading teams through change, identifying opportunities for innovation, and partnering across the organisation to improve both the student experience and institutional capability. My goal is to ensure that accessibility is embedded as a core principle in the design of services, systems, and learning experiences.
