BIO
I am a Programme Administrator in the Tauranga Student Services Team. We are the one stop shop for current and prospective students studying at the Tauranga campus. I see my role as the conduit that facilitates the smooth transition of students into the tertiary sector.
In my current role as a Programme Administrator and Study Adviser, I am responsible for supporting students, academics and divisions on the Tauranga campus. I work with a diverse group of people both internally and externally and triage students to support services for further assistance offered by the University for pastoral care, guidance, and advice.
My teammates and I are Study Advisors as part of the Ōritetanga Learner Success Project. In this role, we assist our Tauranga-based first year students to have a smooth transition to University life by providing pastoral care and academic check-ins throughout the year.
I work on Level 1 of the Tauranga Campus. The Hub is open for drop-ins Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
