Simon is the Head of Conversion & International Operations at the University of Waikato, with responsibility of overseeing the student recruitment pipeline, supporting senior leadership in developing long term strategy and working closely with the onshore and offshore recruitment team to deliver enhanced conversion campaigns, communications and events.

Simon overseas the day to day operational relationship with our long standing external conversion partner, with focus on ensuring a high quality and personal student experience and nurturing new international students from enquiry stage through to enrolment.

In additional to the above, key responsibilities include fostering collaborative working relationships with various university stakeholders, divisions and departments to ensure the International Office is engaged, proactive and supporting the wider university objectives and meeting agreed equivalent full time student targets.
