BIO

Dr. Shireen Chua has degrees in Science, a MBA from Southern Cross University and a PhD from Waikato Management School. She has over 15 years of working in Government, Not-for-Profits and in small business in a variety of project. She has managed large and complex research projects for the National Institutes of Health that were funded by the Health Research Council of New Zealand.  She completed her PhD in strategic inclusive leadership and organisational diversity management in 2024 and currently tutors and teaches in WMS in the Intercultural Perspectives papers, Evidence Based Consulting and Leadership and Change Management. 

 

Shireen also facilitates workshops for leaders and organisations who are navigating how to manage their culturally diverse workforce inclusively that considers culture's complexity. Through action learning research and coaching, she facilitates conversations in developing intercultural organisations. She also speaks about the Third Culture.  She has developed learning journeys for organisations and is developing the 3D tool to determing Leadership's agency for their organisation's diversity management strategy.
