I am a Lecturer and researcher in Information Systems, with research interests in emerging digital technologies, digital transformation, and their impact on organisations and business processes. My research focuses particularly on blockchain, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), technology adoption, trust, and the sociotechnical dimensions of emerging technologies.

My broader research examines how organisations and individuals adopt and derive value from emerging technologies, with particular interests in trust, transparency, digital business, and technology-enabled organisational change. I use quantitative, qualitative, Q-methodology, and design science approaches in my research. Alongside academia, my industry experience in software integration, cloud technologies, data analytics, and enterprise systems allows me to bring a practical perspective to both my research and teaching.
