Nazim Taskin is an Associate Professor in Digital Business at the University of Waikato. Prior to this, he held academic positions as a Senior Lecturer at Massey University and as an Associate Professor at Boğaziçi University.

His research spans a broad range of areas, including Knowledge Management, Decision Making, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. He has an extensive publication record, employing diverse methodological approaches such as quantitative, qualitative, design science, and mixed-methods research.

Nazim has successfully supervised numerous PhD and Master’s students to completion. In addition to his academic work, he brings substantial industry experience, having been actively involved in consulting on a wide range of IT and Information Systems projects
