BIO

I am a Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences with extensive experience in human anatomy, biological anthropology, and medical education. With over a decade of higher education teaching and academic leadership experience, I am passionate about delivering innovative, student-centred learning and fostering collaborative academic environments. Throughout my career, I have held leadership and teaching roles across several institutions in the UK and South Africa.

 

My expertise includes curriculum design, anatomy teaching, assessment, student mentorship, and research supervision. I have a strong interest in integrating emerging technologies into anatomy education to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

 

Alongside teaching, I am actively involved in research in medical education and anatomy. I have been recognised with awards for teaching innovation and collaborative excellence, reflecting my commitment to high-quality, inclusive education. I am dedicated to supporting students and colleagues alike while contributing to the advancement of biomedical sciences through evidence-based teaching and interdisciplinary research.
