Since coming to Aotearoa from Córdoba, Spain, I’ve been teaching Spanish in the Continuing Education Departments at both the University of Waikato and Wintec.

For the past 24 years, I have led the development of Spanish Courses within the University’s Language Program. I am most passionate about the Pedagogy of Language as well as Contemporary Spanish Literature.

I’m also highly involved in the local Hispanic community, coordinating initiatives to enhance recognition of the Spanish language and culture within Aotearoa. I am currently the Chair of the Waikato Hispano Latino Charitable Trust.
