Khushbu is a Lecturer in Law at the Te Whare Wānanga o Waikato, University of Waikato, where she teaches and researches across a range of contemporary issues in intellectual property and regulatory law. Her scholarship is particularly focused on patent law, with an emphasis on the legal frameworks governing clinical trial data protection, pharmaceutical regulation, and agri-biotechnology innovation.
