IMPACT HIGHLIGHTS
Through Google Scholar, my h-index is 40, i10-index is 58, and m-index is 3.33 (credible for my field). Indeed, my work has been downloaded over 850,000 times, manifesting into a large/growing number of citations.
In a practical sense, my research has been used in actionable ways. For example, I published an award-winning paper in Industrial Marketing Management on coopetition strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. This article has been used by firms and policy-makers (like the World Health Organization and the National Institute of Health). Additionally, my methodological research has been transferred into practitioner sources (e.g., Marketing Week) and some of my studies have appeared on academic reading lists in different countries – showing pedagogical impact.
I am domestically and internationally recognised in the entrepreneurial marketing field (and beyond). This is captured through my ever-increasing research metrics, coupled with the practical impact of my work. This extends to ad-hoc reviewing, my Senior Associate Editor role, editorial board work, and leadership board duties.
My research has won various awards (as shown below). Also, according to Google Scholar, I am the world’s most-cited author in the SME marketing field. Likewise, I appear on the Stanford University World’s Top 2% of Scientists list (in the overall marketing field). Moreover, I have been invited to be a guest speaker at various events, been an external examiner, and am a collaborator with academics in numerous countries.
