Moe is currently a Doctoral student on a Doctoral Scholarship from Te Pua Wānanga ki te Ao. Her Doctoral thesis considers a Treaty of Waitangi compliant approach towards a healthy Māori future and evaluates the effectiveness of Tiriti o Waitangi/Treaty of Waitangi training programmes within public health care. Moe’s research interests lie in Tiriti o Waitangi jurisprudence and Constitutional law.
